Your dashboard is private, not public

There's no password to remember or reset — instead, access is through a private, unlisted link we email your family. It isn't indexed by search engines and isn't discoverable by guessing.

That also means anyone who has the link can view it, so treat it the way you'd treat any private family link — don't post it publicly or forward it beyond your family.

Where everything is stored

Emails and account details are stored in a managed database. Photos and voice memos are stored using Cloudflare's object storage, the same category of infrastructure widely used across the industry for file storage. When your dashboard displays a photo, it's served through a temporary, time-limited link rather than a permanently public URL.

We never sell or share your data

Your missionary's emails, photos, and your family's contact information are used for exactly one purpose: running your archive and sending you the updates you've signed up for. We don't sell data, and we don't run ad tracking to follow you around the web or build advertising audiences from your visit here. The one exception: our checkout confirmation page reports back to Google Ads whether an ad led to a real signup, solely so we know if our own ads are working — that page never tracks anything else about you, and no other page on this site has any ad tracking on it at all.

Deletion is deliberate, never automatic

We don't quietly purge data in the background. If your family ever wants an account permanently and completely deleted, that's a manual, deliberate request you make to us directly — it's never something that happens without you asking for it.

A note on scale: Mission Bridge Archive is a small, founder-run product, not a large company with a dedicated security team. We've built it carefully and honestly, following standard practices for handling private data — but if you have specific security questions before signing up, email us directly and we'll answer them plainly.

Questions before you sign up?

Ask us directly — we'd rather answer up front than have you wonder.
